In September 2006, Dee started Synchronicity People Solutions Ltd, enabling her to take her Insights Discovery experience and passion to a wide audience, whilst still managing key corporate clients on Insights’ behalf.

Synchronicity’s success is based on the reputation Dee has established as an inspiring and gifted facilitator and relationship manager, bringing her passion, knowledge, creativity and humour to help clients increase self awareness, awareness of others and enabling them to increase their personal effectiveness by applying the learning in their work and personal lives.

She is a much sought after for both Key Note speaking and for her skill in designing and facilitating tailored workshops for teams, sales, customer service and 121 coaching, practically improving working relationships and communication, so the learning is remembered long after the events are over.
